Tamalanrea-Makassar. The Faculty of Forestry, Hasanuddin University (Unhas) through the Forestry Study Program organizes debriefing and release activities for students participating in the Independent Independent Learning Campus (MBKM). The activity took place from 10.00 WITA in the 1st Floor Hall of the Faculty of Forestry Unhas, Saturday (11/3).
Head of the Forestry Study Program, Faculty of Forestry, Hasanuddin University, Dr. Ir. Sitti Nuraeni, M.P. Start the activity by giving a speech. In his remarks he said that the Mandiri MBKM Faculty of Forestry, Hasanuddin University, had been going on for two periods.
“MBKM Mandiri Faculty of Forestry has been going on since the period of Prof. Alif as Chair of the Forestry Study Program and was further refined during Mr. Jay’s period. I hope this program goes well and can help students be more productive off campus,” explained Dr. Nuraeni.
more Dr. Ir. Sitti Nuraeni, M.P. said that he made it mandatory for MBKM Mandiri participants to publish their activities while in the field on media portals with the aim of making it known to the public.
On the same occasion the Head of the Department of Forestry, Faculty of Forestry, Hasanuddin University, Dr. Ir. Syamsu Rjal, S. Hut., M.Sc., IPU. in his remarks said that the Mandiri MBKM Faculty of Forestry was an innovation from the Ministry’s MBKM. One of the advantages of the presence of MBKM is to speed up the completion of student studies
“The advantage of the Unhas Faculty of Forestry is that any MBKM is sure to enter because the majors in this faculty are really needed in the field and learning achievement indicators have been made according to the needs in the workforce,” said the Head of the Department of Forestry who is familiarly called Jay.
Dean of the Faculty of Forestry Unhas, Dr. Ir. A. Mujetahid M., S.Hut., M.P., IPU. in his remarks thanked the Head of Study Program and Head of the Department of Forestry and PIC MBKM Mandiri for initiating this activity.
“MBKM is here as a forum for students studying outside the campus to explore information, be independent and increase their abilities. I hope that Unhas Faculty of Forestry students can take advantage of this opportunity, because students who take part in the MBKM program will get added value compared to those who don’t take part,” explained A. Mujetahid.
After the speech, Dr. Ir. A. Mujetahid M., S.Hut., M.P., IPU. officially launched the Independent MBKM activity, Faculty of Forestry, Hasanuddin University.
The activity was then continued with the delivery of MBKM Mandiri debriefing materials from the speakers. The activity lasted smoothly until 16.00 WITA.
